CURRY MASALA

Prepare the vegetables/ meat/ chicken of your choice with Onion, Ginger, Garlic paste & usual spices in butter/edible oil as you normally do.

Add chopped tomatoes and green chilies, now add Ahura curry masala. Stir on low flame for 3 min.

Keep covered for at least 5 min so that flavour and aroma of Curry Powder is retained. Uncover, garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice/bread (roti/naan).
