KALEJI (LIVER) MASALA

HEAT OIL 50 GMS (1 TBSPN) IN A PAN ON LOW HEAT, ADD 2 CHOPPED ONION, TWO CHOPPED TOMATOES AND 50 GMS AHURA GINGER GARLIC PASTE.  SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES. TAKE 200 GMS KALEJI (LIVER) SMALL PIECES OF 20 MM AND ADD IN PAN. ADD AHURA KALEJI (LIVER) MASALA 20 GMS (2 TSPN) AND ADD SALT TO TASTE AND SOME WATER TO COOK FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES. ADD 10 GMS (1 TSPN) BLACK PEPPER POWDER. MIX WELL. SERVE IN A PLATE WITH CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES AND DELICIOUS TASTE WITH NAN OR ROTIES. ALSO SERVE AS STARTER WITH THICK GRAVY.
