MANGO PICKLE RECEIPE:- TAKE 500 GMS RAW MANGO. CUT IN TO APPROXIMATE 20 MM PIECES. KEEP IN TO OPEN POT AND ADD 100 GMS IODISED SALT, 50 GMS TURMERIC POWDER. MIX WELL KEEP OVERNIGHT COVERING LID. DRAIN SALT WATER IN MORNING AND KEEP FOR DRYING IN OPEN PLACE ON COTTON CLOTH. IN A PAN PUT 100 ML GROUNDNUT OIL, HEAT AND COOL OIL. MIX 200 GMS JAR OF AHURA PICKLE MASALA. ADD DRIED MANGO PIECES AND MIX WELL. FILL MIXTURE IN AN AIR TIGHT BOTTLE FOR 2-3 DAYS. DELICIOUS PICKLE IS READY TO SERVE.
