A fine blend of spices like Chilli, Coriander, Tamarind, Cumin and Garlic, among many more, Ahura Fish Curry Masala lends great taste, colour and texture to your fish curry. The blend uses pure spices in such accurate measures that it brings out the best in your favourite fish. And makes it ready in no time!
Dress and clean 750 gms of fish, cut into 1/2 inch cubes if boneless. Rub the pieces with one tsp Ahura non veg masala, lemon juice and salt. keep aside for half hour. Gently fry to golden colour, drain and keep warm.
Saute 2 chopped onions for 10 min, drain oil and add 1/2 cup yogurt. Blend it and stir for 3 min on medium heat adding 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
When brown, add 3 chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp Ahura Fish Curry Masala, 1/2 tsp Ahura special chilly powder, 1/2 tsp Ahura Turmeric Powder stirring till thickened. Add fish, cover, simmer for 5 min and garnish with 2 tsp fresh coriander leaves. Serve with roties/nan/rice. To serve 4 persons.
