Recipe
• HEAT OIL 50 GMS (1 TBSPN) IN A PAN ON LOW HEAT, ADD 2 CHOPPED ONION, TWO CHOPPED TOMATOES AND 50 GMS AHURA GINGER GARLIC PASTE.
• SAUTE FOR 5 MINUTES.
• TAKE 200 GMS KALEJI (LIVER) SMALL PIECES OF 20 MM AND ADD IN PAN.
• ADD AHURA KALEJI (LIVER) MASALA 20 GMS (2 TSPN) AND ADD SALT TO TASTE AND SOME WATER TO COOK FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
• ADD 10 GMS (1 TSPN) BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
• MIX WELL. SERVE IN A PLATE WITH CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES AND DELICIOUS TASTE WITH NAN OR ROTIES.
• ALSO SERVE AS STARTER WITH THICK GRAVY.
