Description
Sour and tangy as its a pickle masala is for aam pickle, nimbu pickle , mirch pickle, all kinds of pickle. You can also add this masala to your vegetables and curries. If you are making sprouts salad add a pinch of this masala and your boring bland salad will be uplifted. Can be used with theplas, rotis, parathas and over khichdi.
Recipe
• MANGO PICKLE RECEIPE: - TAKE 500 GMS RAW MANGO.
• CUT IN TO APPROXIMATE 20 MM PIECES. KEEP IN OPEN POT AND ADD 100 GMS IODISED SALT, 50 GMS TURMERIC POWDER.
• MIX WELL KEEP OVERNIGHT COVERING LID. DRAIN SALT WATER IN MORNING AND KEEP FOR DRYING IN AN OPEN PLACE ON COTTON CLOTH.
• IN A PAN PUT 100 ML GROUNDNUT OIL, HEAT AND COOL OIL. MIX 200 GMS JAR OF AHURA PICKLE MASALA. ADD DRIED MANGO PIECES AND MIX WELL.
• FILL MIXTURE IN AN AIR TIGHT BOTTLE FOR 2-3 DAYS. DELICIOUS PICKLE IS READY TO SERVE.
